I don't think so. The fact that someone is complaining about it when literally every other App Store has it, and only ever complaining about Apple having it, really just shows that they are trying to pin things on a specific company because they have a grudge. The reason for the grudge, in this case, being Apple pulling advertising features from the Twitter app.
