@jeffalo please add this, i always accidentally click on a message and mark it as read when i don't have time to read them. (Mainly on mobile while scrolling)
but what's the harm in that? you've seen the message so it's “read”. i couldn't find a way to add marking as unread to the UI but personally i don't think it matters

but it it's a reply, comment, or a post mentioning me i have to respond
its still going to appear in your read messages. it doesn’t go away

i still don’t see how you want me to fix this? where would the button go?
