crtl enter is already used to get out of code blocks. but i think its a better shortcut for posting yeah

shift+enter might work. but i think it's also commonly used for the inverse - making a newline without submitting.

Mm, does that really need a shortcut? I feel like people would press it by accident more often than they would actually use it.

It's an extremely popular shortcut - Slack, ScratchAddons, Discord, and Twitter all use it. It makes a whole lot of sense for people who dislike switching from keyboard to mouse.
