all it took was:
making a burner profile on my pc
a powershell script to move my photos into a folder because of how they were exported
changing the filesharing settings on the output folder
using the files app on my phone to connect to my computer as an external server
manually went through all 3k photos 54 photos at a time because my phone will freeze up if i do any more than that
doneeeeeeeeeeeeee (although all the images without a date now appear as being from today)
copying almost 3k images from my computer to my phone
