@jeffalo, I found a bug. If you search for a percent encoded string (i.e., literally searching something like exactly %22) makes the website think (for changes pages and such) that you’re instead searching for what the string encodes to (in this case, that’s be the quotation mark).

This issue seems to be present for both Wasteof2 and Wasteof4.
