parity bug thing:
the logged in user’s username in the nav bar has an “@” symbol in it in the beta, whilst v2 doesn’t have that, it’s only on posts and the user’s page.

funny how @messages was one of the most followed accounts because it was the only one accessible before i added a proper explore page (there was no messages page either, so the navbar link accidently went to @messages)
