people think that the rec room login screen theme sounds like the wii shop theme, but i think those guys have their nostalgia wrong. You see, when the rec room theme is played on top of the wii shop theme, it’s a mess. The waveforms show no similarities. However, the nintendo dsi shop theme has a very similar tone and waveform, it’s just that the song turns to a mess quickly. Probably because they might have sped up the dsi channel theme a little when making the rec room login theme.
