It’s about a bird named Claire who needs to climb a mountain to call her mom and it made me cry
I beat it in 2 hours and loved every second of it, such a cute lil game with a gorgeous environment, lovable characters, really fun gameplay, an adorable little story, and the soundtrack is a banger
it is a boost of pure dopamine and even just thinking about it or watching gameplay makes me feel instantly better
combine the story of celeste with the vibes of animal crossing and the explorative and curious nature of breath of the wild, squeeze into 2 hours, and you basically have A Short Hike
it’s only 8 bucks on steam and on the Nintendo eshop
