I love getting an offer from a university and accepting it only to remember that I still haven’t gotten my updated birth certificate so I have to call the government agency and tell them it’s been well over their claimed 5-10 business day delivery window all while having to enrol in courses and apply for loans under my deadname.
I would’ve loved to get name change stuff sorted way before this but my control is that of a oily waffle on an icy road.
