I’m pretty sure that most cities have their own, I would rather just watch fireworks than the ball, ik that England usually has a surprisingly good show for being… England, it’s just obv not in my time zone

From what I saw, it was four people with their hands in what appeared to be a small disco ball that dropped two inches when the countdown struck 10. Good damn thing I'm in CST and not EST
