as secretary of transportation my first action will be to attempt to enact the METH (Mef Ethical Transportation Hierarchy)

under METH, the following will happen

there will only be one lane for cars

at least 4 bike lanes per road

bikes are allowed to carry anti-vehicle weaponry for defense against cars

busses are legally allowed to hit anyone using the roads to get to their destination on time

subway construction will be opened to private entrepreneurs and hobbyists to stimulate the economy

planes will be allowed to remove as many passengers as needed by any means

this will be the beginning of Making Transportation Really Good For The First Time (MTRGFTFT for short)
