Yeah YouTube ads suck but twitch has ad breaks that I have had up to like 10 or 15 ads in a row

... You are missing stuff the stream does not pause. That's what makes me upset
from what I can tell (i dont actually use twitch, this is just from the top results on google) the streamer decides where ad breaks go and everyone watching the stream has an ad break at the same time, so the streamer knows when ad breaks are
Well yes but actually that's only if they do an ad break. Twitch still does random 5 minutes of ads
