I need IT help please 😭. My games keep freezing (just the games) randomly. I'm not using 100% if anything, I have 16 gb of RAM, it's happening with games I never had issues with in the past, etc.
I've done updates, verified both files and memory, did not download a virus, am running on medium/normal settings, cleared some storage, and have turned off all non-necessary startup apps.
The only thing I can think of doing is checking for overheating. The issue is that it's just games freezing, not my entire computer or my computer turning off.
Specs: gaming laptop with i7-12700... H or K, laptop RTX 3060, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD
I don’t use windows or do any gaming, so I may not be qualified, but did you do any updates (to the OS or any games) before it started happening?
