also ppl have no idea what progress or stuff a person’s been doing so just snap judging someone based on how they are in that moment is kind of a jerk move (not targeted at wasteof users, just seen that a lot on social media when ppl post gym videos and stuff)

but yeah if someones doing great and making a lot of progress towards whatever they want to achieve then tell them that!! it is so easy to say keep slaying bestie you are doing AWESOME
