on some real shit do u guys think that superhero movies are on the decline? antman didn’t do very well, black adam did alright, new black panther did well but underperformed and shazam was a complete flop. i think that “avengers: endgame”, and later “the batman”, have set a new expectation for what a superhero film should be. people are looking for creativity, not the same cookie cutter dumb jokes, insanely hard to understand lore and unexciting action yfm
