rules idea:

• account must be at least one day old

• account must have more than 10 followers but less than 100 (i.e., don’t be a noname, but not everyone can know you)

• has to have made at least 5 posts

• can’t be spam

• posts have to actually be good

• has to log in semi-often (like, once a week?)

• cannot be an automated account, nor a gimmick account (those are cool but not what we’re looking for)
