So i have been currently customizing the ui of my 2020 m1 macbook air with 16 gb of memory this is what i have done:
so first i changed my spotlight to Alfred. I also installed raycast for random things i need like days before Christmas. Im also broke so i do not use the payed version of Alfred.
I added sketchy bar. It is basically a customizable menubar for macos its pretty good i just have to learn how to add more extensions. If your thinking of getting this its free btw
For my dock i moved it to the left and with a script i added spaces between some apps and with another script i made the dock hide and show instantly without animation.
now i added a frick ton of utility apps like alt-tab, stats, alcamy, menubar reminders, ohxy, shottr, hiddenbar, later, and velja.
i also have a widget app called Übersicht i added a calendar with it
thats pretty much it i think i plan tho to install yabai sooner or later see ya
