And yet, although they endure much pain, they persevere. The children happily exhale air from their lungs, through their vocal chords, and out their mouths to sing the vernacular “Wheels on the Bus,” but what they don't realise is that this song represents so much more than just a joyful bus ride. To these wheels, it means the world. They work hard from sun-up to sun-down, and at times, they surely feel discouraged, but then, when the kids on the bus start to sing this song, the wheels are filled with exhilarating encouragement. So when the wheels on the bus go round and round all day long, just know that it's not because they're forced to, but because they choose to soldier on with their work, dedicating themselves to public service and serving the kids of the area around their home.
