If you take the 1 and the 2, add them together, you get three. Now, take the zeros and divide them. This results in infinity. Now, divide infinity/1 and you get 1. Add the one to the 3 and you get four. Now multiply 4 by 0.1 from the problem and you get….. you guessed it…. 0.4
